Job Summary

Own the student center marketing operations by leading a team, managing a social content and events calendar, and driving volunteer and campus engagement campaigns with campus partners.

  • Team & content ownership: supervise the student marketing team and maintain the social calendar, producing campaigns and materials for campus engagement.
  • Campaigns & partnerships: plan and promote volunteer, service, and events work with staff and campus partnerships to meet student needs.
  • Operations & logistics: handle office tasks, events planning, and vehicle support to keep programs running smoothly.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise The Chandler Center's student marketing team, providing guidance, support, and project management.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar . .
  • Create engaging digital content, including photography, videography, graphics, and promotional materials to increase campus engagement.
  • Promote volunteer opportunities, service initiatives, civic engagement programs, and special events through strategic marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with full-time staff to develop and implement marketing strategies that advance The Chandler Center's mission.
  • Assist with planning, promotion, and execution of campus and community engagement events.
  • Collaborate with campus partnerships to help meet students basic needs.
  • Provide general office support, including answering phones, assisting visitors, and other administrative tasks
  • Attend bi-weekly staff meetings held on Monday evenings on campus.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned in support of The Chandler Center's programs and operations.

Requirements

  • Enrollment in a Graduate Day program at SNHU
  • Driver’s License

Preferred

  • Experience in Communications , Marketing and/or Social Media
  • Experience with Instagram, Microsoft Teams, Canva, Excel
  • Experience in Community Service and Engagement
  • Strong interest in developing leadership skills
