Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with setup and teardown of game day marketing and promotional elements, including signage, fan zones, and on-field or on-court promotions.
  • Serve as part of the promotions team during athletic events, including distributing giveaways, helping with sponsor activations, and engaging with fans.
  • Execute in-game promotions and activities, such as halftime contests, on-field recognitions, and crowd engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with post-game breakdown and storage of marketing materials.
  • Assist with game presentation, including but not limited to operating music, coordinating the press box, operating video board cameras, or coordinating on-field recognitions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the marketing and promotions staff.

Requirements

  • Must be a current student at the university in good academic standing.
  • Energetic, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable interacting with fans of all ages and providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the athletics event schedule.
