Job Description

Responsibilities

Craft marketing strategies by translating business needs into product marketing strategies, working with leadership to develop and prioritize initiatives, and conduct strategic analysis, optimize business performance, and deliver execution.
Executive initiatives by partnering with marketing and product leaders to operationalize recommendations, identifying teams and Googlers to execute strategy
Lead annual strategic planning process and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), partnering with executive leadership to develop and cascade priorities that drive business impact.
Drive financial and resource excellence by overseeing budget, managing resourcing needs, and aligning investments with strategic priorities through the annual planning process.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in a management consulting, operations, business strategy, marketing strategy, investment banking, venture capital or private equity role, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred

MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field.
Experience with analytical problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and communicating findings to executive management.
Ability to work across teams, build relationships, and influence executives.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of scaling Business-to-Business (B2B)/Business-to-Consumer (B2C) growth marketing within a large company.
