Own campaign performance analysis and optimization opportunities.
Must-have: 2-5 years in SaaS or similar with ABM knowledge.
Standout: Cross-functional collaboration across sales, onboarding, and product usage optimization.

Supports the development and execution of ABM and GTM strategies.
Translates customer objectives into targeting and segmentation plans, as well as campaign activation components.
Contributes to engagement tracks by building strategy deliverables and supporting the execution of defined frameworks.
Analyzes campaign performance using internal systems, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Identifies trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities.
Translates data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Supports adoption of core ZoomInfo Marketing capabilities, including audience building, buying signal activation, workflows, and campaign execution.
Influences and drive adoption for Ad Spend usage within the ZoomInfo DSP.
Identifies opportunities to improve targeting strategy, campaign coverage, and engagement.
Helps connect product usage to performance outcomes and overall campaign effectiveness.

2-5 years of professional experience with at least 1 year in a SaaS, sales, or professional services environment
Demonstrates a foundational understanding of ABM, audience targeting, full-funnel marketing, and GTM strategy
Possesses a strong ability to analyze performance data and identify trends and insights
Comfortable working with CRM systems, dashboards, and structured or tabular data
Demonstrates strong attention to detail and the ability to execute within defined frameworks
Able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
Exhibits strong communication skills across written, verbal, and visual formats
This is a hybrid position, working a minimum of three days per week from one of our office locations

Experience working with DSPs or campaign activation platforms (preferred)
Foundational understanding of ABM, audience targeting, full-funnel marketing, and GTM strategy (implied)
