Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a handful of key client accounts.
  • Work with Client Services and Media Buying teams to translate client objectives into data-driven media strategies and campaign frameworks, including mentoring their development.
  • Ensure strategic initiatives are seen through to completion by holding cross-functional teams accountable, proactively escalating issues when needed, and removing roadblocks to deliver results.
  • Become an expert of all things Tatari and leverage internal subject matter experts (Engineering, Data Science, Product, etc.) to deliver exceptional services and drive product adoption
  • Spend time with clients in-person (up to 10% travel) and build relationships with C-level executives via Quarterly Business Reviews and ad-hoc meetings.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in post-sales account management/client relationship support roles, including C-level interactions, ideally within AdTech, Media Agencies, or Marketing Analytics companies
  • 4+ years of experience managing a small team
  • Strong understanding of linear and streaming TV buying and overall media landscape
  • Ability to tell a story with data
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical terms and concepts
  • Great presentation and listening skills--you come prepared to every meeting
  • You’re at ease holding a conversation with both an engineer and a CMO. You’re not a salesperson.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Bonus: programmatic experience, advanced Excel skills, advanced data visualization abilities
