Job Summary

Turn messy inputs into tangible, execution-ready marketing concepts and assets.

  • Own turning vague requests into tangible, launch-ready campaigns and microsites.
  • Must-have: ability to quickly shape messages, pages, and email sequences from messy input.
  • Standout: actively uses AI to prototype, organize, and execute work.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • take scattered notes, rough ideas, AI-generated dumps, random documents, and half-clear direction and turn them into a campaign, microsite, landing page direction, message framework, or marketing initiative
  • create enough shape and clarity that the client and internal team can actually see where it is going
  • build real first versions of things — not just talk about them
  • shaping the concept for a microsite and building the first draft structure or mock-up
  • mapping a campaign flow and then helping write, build, or launch pieces of it
  • turning positioning conversations into landing pages, email sequences, content directions, or outbound ideas
  • taking an ambiguous initiative and producing a visible starting point so it stops spinning in circles
  • live between strategy, translation, and execution

Requirements

  • you are unusually good at making sense of messy input
  • you can shape ideas across messaging, campaigns, content, landing pages, microsites, ABM, email, and outbound
  • you can build enough of the work yourself that ideas do not die in handoff
  • you know how to make work tangible before it gets stuck in endless discussion
  • you are comfortable with opinionated clients and do not need perfect briefs to start
  • you actively use AI to think faster, prototype faster, organize faster, and execute faster
  • That AI part matters a lot. We do not want someone who is “interested in AI.” We want someone who already uses it as part of how they work.
