Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary integrator between the events team and strategic communications specialists, ensuring coordinated planning and execution of events and communications initiatives.
  • Facilitate clear, continuous communication between teams to ensure alignment and efficient collaboration.
  • Lead regular coordination meetings to track progress, discuss challenges, and share updates across teams.
  • Ensure that communications strategies and organizational objectives are reflected in event planning, messaging, and execution.
  • Collaborate with communications strategists to incorporate program milestones, product launches, and key initiatives into event timelines.
  • Ensure event messaging, branding, and objectives are consistent with organizational communications strategies and priorities.
  • Coordinate event timelines with major program milestones and organizational initiatives.
  • Monitor progress across teams to ensure deadlines for event deliverables and communication initiatives are met.
  • Identify scheduling conflicts, overlapping priorities, or resource challenges and implement solutions to maintain alignment and progress.
  • Proactively address risks related to event planning, scheduling, and program integration.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in event management, program management, project management, or integration roles.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and complex project timelines.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale events, such as conferences, trade shows, corporate meetings, or major organizational programs.
  • Experience leading multi-phase projects or programs with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with diverse teams and leadership.
  • Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure environments and dynamic project environments.
  • Familiarity with the full event lifecycle, including planning, execution, and post-event evaluation.
  • Ability to work independently in a distributed team environment.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Project Management, Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.

Nice To Have

  • Master\'s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Organizational Management, Strategic Management, or Advanced Event Management preferred.
