Job Title: Staff Accountant
The RoleEnergize Group is seeking a precise and proactive Staff Accountant to manage the financial heartbeat of our agency. You will take full ownership of billing, bookkeeping, and payroll.

The RoleEnergize Group is seeking a precise and proactive Staff Accountant to manage the financial heartbeat of our agency. You will take full ownership of billing, bookkeeping, and payroll.
Core Responsibilities
- Billing & AR: Manage client subscriptions and invoicing via Ignition and Stripe
- Bookkeeping: Maintain clean, up-to-date records in QuickBooks
- Payroll: Execute timely and accurate payroll for our fully remote team
- Data Integration: Utilize HighLevel and Google Suite to track financial KPIs
- Reporting: Provide monthly financial snapshots to guide agency strategy
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of QuickBooks Online is non-negotiable.
- Organization: Skilled with Google Sheets and file management within Google Drive
- Attention to Detail: Ability to reconcile accounts across multiple platforms with 100% accuracy
- Communication: Professional, courteous, and comfortable interacting with both internal team members and dental practice clients
