Requirements

10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, ABM, and/or marketing strategy.
Experience partnering closely with sales organizations in a matrixed environment.
Experience designing, launching, and operationalizing ABM programs or strategic marketing initiatives.
Proven success driving measurable pipeline growth through integrated marketing programs.
Strong capability in vertical market segmentation, industry analysis, and specialized account and cluster positioning.
Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
Mastery of modern ABM strategies and how complex organizations operate.
Strong grasp of sales methodologies, deal mechanics, and revenue-generating sales processes.
Experience developing scalable marketing frameworks, playbooks, and enablement programs.
Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills.

Preferred

Proven success in a cybersecurity, fast-paced B2B technology environment.
Certifications in leading ABM platforms, ABM associations, and AI tools.
