Job Description

Responsibilities

  • - Designing the playbook and owning end-to-end responsibility for Marketplace category management.
  • - Executing the merchandising plan including retargeting programs, cross-category placements, promotions, etc.
  • - Tracking and analyzing customer needs based on behavior signals including searching, browsing, and purchasing.
  • - Developing, testing, and analyzing new tactics to increase web store conversion rates.
  • - Improve the quality and consistency of information on product detail pages to support customers in making purchasing decisions.
  • - Report on marketing results, learnings, and customer needs to executives and decision makers to drive programmatic improvements.

Requirements

  • - Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
  • - OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
  • - OR equivalent experience.
  • - Experience in planning, executing, measuring, and optimizing eCommerce site merchandising, with an ability to create optimal customer experiences to drive revenue & optimize the customer journey.
  • - Experience in product marketing or prior experience with web technology.
  • - Demonstrated ability to synthesize audience insights.
  • - Cross functional leadership experience, with the ability to create clarity, align shared priorities, and influence virtual teams to deliver successful outcomes.
  • - Communication skills, with the ability to simply articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences and influence at the senior leadership level.
  • - Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, making informed decisions based on data and common principles to ensure the success of the project or team.
  • - Experience in A/B testing, personalization, and site optimization.

Preferred

  • - Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field AND 6+ years experience in business
  • - OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field AND 8+ years experience in business
  • - OR equivalent experience.
