Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (GTM) strategy, reporting, analysis as well as configure and maintain both platforms
  • Own overall reputation management strategy and execution, including administration of Birdeye software
  • Manage ILS setup, content and integration
  • Manage Yelp, Bing, Apple relationships
  • Compile and analyze reporting across reputation management (Birdeye), ILS monthly costs, and Google Analytics
  • Manage bulk social media infrastructure, content scheduling and automation for 70+ communities (bulk upload spreadsheets, floor plan images, Canva bulk create templates and branding kits) using software such as Google Drive, Canva, Microsoft Forms and Sprout Social media platform
  • Co-lead organic social strategy and execution, including training and supporting team members through an internal Social Media Captain Program
  • Co-lead development of paid social strategy for 70+ communities using Meta Ads Manager
  • Provide backup PMS and AI support for day-to-day tasks such as online lease setting updates, resident and prospect-facing emails, appointment setting and monitor/troubleshoot scheduling API failures, responding to reviews / review escalations, move-in specials, photo updates, setup tasks, new feature rollouts, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing preferred, Advertising, Communications or related field
  • 2 - 5 years of marketing and/or administrative experinece in a corporate environment.
