Responsibilities

• The Senior Manager, Marketing Technology Developer, Digital Banking, is responsible for managing the Digital Bank’s Martech Stack.
• This role is responsible for building and maintaining customer journeys, configuring and developing email and push communications, creating A/B testing experiments, and constructing and connecting data sources across the Martech ecosystem.
• This role leverages technical expertise to implement solutions, troubleshoot issues, and enhance customer experiences utilizing Braze, Segment Customer Data Platform (CDP), Statsig Experimentation, and OneTrust Consent Management Platform.
