Job Description

Responsibilities

On-board 300+ stores educating them on national and local Ace marketing programs and owning the Grand Opening/Grand Re-Opening process for these new stores
Collaborate cross-functionally with Retail Operations, District Managers, Retail Business Managers, Market Development Managers, Promotions, RSCs, vendors and other key partners to onboard New Stores to Ace Marketing and plan Grand Opening strategy
Plan and execute new store marketing timelines, activities, events and onboarding of all marketing programs for 300+ stores per year; activate programs with vendors and cross-functional corporate teams
Coordinate and plan Grand Opening events for all new stores including creative development, offer creation, securing inventory, and deploying creative (print and digital)
Execute an 18-month marketing roadmap for all new stores with National and Local Marketing strategies to drive awareness, loyalty and consumer confidence
Work with Retail Operations field staff and Consumer Marketing field staff on onboarding, first-year marketing plan, and Grand Opening events for each store
Conduct store webinars to onboard and train multiple new stores and educate on Consumer Marketing programs (Sign Kit, ecomm, Ace Rewards, Digital/Local Lift Max, Marketing Muscle, Local Email, SOCi) and training materials
Update New Store training and onboarding materials throughout the year; own New Owners Institute trainings and create training presentations
Attend 2 conventions per year (travel within the United States) to educate new investors and plan Grand Openings/Events
Attend at least 5 Ace Grand Openings/Grand Re-openings per year and 2-4 competitive Grand Openings per year; assess effectiveness and improve impact for Ace Retailers
Execute event plans for 100+ Elevate store projects with special offers, creative concepts, and demos
