Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement surveys, questionnaires, focus groups, and other research instruments to support and assess the effectiveness of CFC’s member engagement, products, services, and other benefits.
  • Analyzes survey data and other research findings and develops actionable reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Maintains data collections and databases to ensure upkeep and accuracy.
  • Maintains reports, presentations, dashboards, and other graphic representations to inform and update internal and external stakeholders, using Power BI and other tools.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to develop CFC product line promotion and expansion materials.
  • Partners with the Corporate Development team to research, analyze and report on market, utility, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum Experience: Six (6) to eight (8) years in marketing, market research, or business development.

Preferred

  • Preferred Experience: Electric cooperative or financial services industry preferred.
