Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, review, and publish posts about research papers, conference acceptances, technical projects, and company milestones.
• Work with researchers and marketing teammates to check the accuracy, clarity, tone, and presentation of research content before publication.
• Coordinate the review process for research posts, gather feedback, track revisions and approvals, and keep announcements on schedule.
• Monitor LinkedIn, X, and other relevant channels for emerging AI research, discussion topics, and signals about what data researchers and companies need.
• Research how other companies communicate their work and track relevant competitors, products, datasets, and data workflows.
• Organize findings into concise updates that help the research and marketing teams identify content ideas and opportunities.
• Maintain a content calendar for research and technical announcements, including upcoming papers, conferences, and project milestones.
• Partner with designers and other marketing teammates to prepare visuals and adapt content for different channels.
• Track basic content performance and use the results to improve future posts.

Requirements

• Experience creating or managing social media or marketing content through a job, internship, student organization, personal account, or independent project.
• Excellent written English and the ability to turn complex information into clear, engaging posts.
• Strong attention to detail, including the ability to catch inaccuracies, unclear wording, and inconsistencies before publication.
• Interest in AI research, technology, and social media conversations.
• Ability to research a topic, organize findings, and summarize what matters for others.
• A proactive, collaborative working style and comfort coordinating feedback across multiple teammates.
• Strong organization and follow-through when managing several posts and deadlines at once.

Preferred

• A portfolio of social posts, articles, or campaigns that shows strong writing and editorial judgment.
• Experience managing an active social media account or building an audience online.
• Familiarity with AI research conferences, papers, datasets, or the companies building AI models.
• Experience conducting competitor research or tracking industry trends.
• Experience supporting paper announcements, conference campaigns, or technical content.
