Job Description

Responsibilities

  • - Plan, execute, and optimize marketing programs and campaigns that support business goals.
  • - Lead cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver marketing initiatives on time, within budget, and aligned with defined objectives.
  • - Build and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders and stakeholders, providing strategic consultation, program updates, and actionable recommendations.
  • - Develop marketing strategies, establish success metrics, monitor performance, and use insights to continuously improve program effectiveness.
  • - Manage marketing program scope, budgets, communications, and deliverables while ensuring quality standards, stakeholder alignment, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • - Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in marketing or related field is strongly preferred.
  • - Experience: 6+ years of marketing experience in a corporate marketing department or advertising agency.
  • - 2+ years of project management, account management, client service, or stakeholder relationship management experience.
  • - Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing and communications programs, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, advertising, events, newsletters, and web-based initiatives.
  • - Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing work independently, and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization.
  • - Experience working with external vendors, agencies, or business partners to execute marketing initiatives.
  • - Experience developing marketing programs, establishing objectives, and measuring program effectiveness through performance metrics.
  • - Experience managing program budgets and tracking expenditures against established goals.
