Responsibilities

The Senior Marketing Manager leads the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns that support Loan Officers, branches, recruiters, and internal departments.
This role is responsible for developing the strategy for the organization’s marketing platform and ensuring it is effectively utilized in partnership with production teams to drive business growth, sales performance, and brand consistency.
This position plays a key role in shaping the overall marketing strategy, managing high-impact campaigns, and leading in a fast-paced, market-driven environment.
