Responsibilities

• Travel throughout designated region marketing to physicians and developing successful relationships with referral sources
• Attend a minimum of 3 marketing events weekly
• Attend weekly team marketing meetings
• Compile and maintain weekly reports on a timely basis
• Provide monthly projections on marketing goals and strategies
• Develop the strategic plan and execution tactics for all healthcare marketing communications and activities across multiple channels including to consumer/patients, healthcare professionals, providers, payers, and influencers
• Accomplishes marketing and patient recruitment objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and corporate health promotion programs
• Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share
• Improves service marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving branding; coordinating new service line development
• Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs, and anticipating new opportunities

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• A Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
• Knowledge, experience, and proven success in the healthcare area is required
• A current, valid, unexpired driver's license is required
