Job Summary

Own the High Power/High Voltage product roadmap from concept to field launch, coordinating engineering, sales and customer-facing teams around power electronics in solar, PCU and automotive contexts.

  • Product Definition: Build the HV/DC-DC product line strategy and define new power modules for customers and partners.
  • Customer Collaboration: Lead system design work with major clients and field teams to turn existing or newly developed parts into deployed solutions.
  • Enablement & Enablement: Write datasheets and design notes, train customers and field engineers to drive adoption and reduce support cycles.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the definition and development of High Power/High Voltage products for Solar, PSU, and Automotive markets.
  • Oversee design & applications engineering teams and collaborate with sales & marketing engineers in developing product development strategies and execution.
  • Lead AEs, IC designers, packaging, and field team to create innovative products.
  • Work closely with customers on system designs using existing or newly developed products.
  • Provide application support, training for key clients and field engineers.
  • Perform competitive analysis to develop new product definitions.
  • Write datasheets, application notes, design notes, etc.

Requirements

  • MSEE degree or above.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with High Power and High Voltage DC/DC products.
  • Familiarity with SiC and/or Isolated hardware implementation.
  • Familiarity with schematic capture and PCB layout tools.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in high power qualification, testing and debugging is preferred.
