Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic projects across marketing, retail, and operations influencing executive decisions on Amazon Advertising and omnichannel strategy.
  • Create omni-channel advertising strategies for large growth businesses with multi-layer media plans.
  • Drive high-level Amazon and channel retailer strategies aligned with business objectives using market trends and internal data.
  • Develop and measure full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns on Amazon to drive traffic and ROI.
  • Oversee creation and optimization of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brand Video, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
  • Monitor performance and budgets to maximize efficiency and KPIs.
  • Mentor a team of advertising managers, guiding client-specific strategies and campaign planning.
  • Translate leadership goals within their pod orgs and with clients.
  • Collaborate with sales, retail, content, and data teams for cohesive strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience with Amazon or other retail media channels.
  • Proven people leader with 4+ years of experience building and managing teams.
  • Required Amazon Sponsored Ads experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel; preferred experience with Tableau, Skai, Jungle Scout/Cobalt, Criteo/Citrus Ads and Retailer ad console platforms.
  • This position requires up to 15% travel.

Nice to have

  • Amazon DSP experience
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and incrementality measurement
  • Background in retail media or agency support for Amazon brands
