Job Summary

Own and elevate Mint Mobile's social channel program by leading a team of managers and creators, shaping strategy, partnering across paid and owned channels, and translating performance into executive narratives, with additional duties as needed.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Inspire, lead, and develop a team of social media campaign managers and content creators — setting a high creative bar, fostering a culture of bold ideas, and driving both individual growth and collective performance
  • Architect and own Mint Mobile's social media strategy — defining the brand's voice, channel mix, and content vision across owned platforms, with clear KPIs that connect creative ambition to measurable community growth and engagement
  • Partner with paid media teams and external partners to extend Mint's brand storytelling into paid social, ensuring campaigns feel on-brand and are optimized for reach, relevance, and conversion
  • Apply sharp brand taste and cultural fluency to greenlight, shape, and direct social campaigns that build Mint's awareness and product consideration through both owned and paid channels — always with a distinct creative point of view
  • Translate social strategy, creative concepts, and performance results into compelling narratives for executive leadership — fostering social as a core business driver and shaping how Mint invests in the channel
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • 7-10 years Developing & managing complex integrated marketing programs in an agency or corporate environment. (Preferred)
  • Acceptable areas of study include Communications, Marketing, Business, PR or related field (Preferred)
  • 7-10 years Developing & managing complex integrated marketing programs in an agency or corporate environment. (Preferred)
  • 4-7 years Leading direct reports in a fast paced, high volume Advertising, Marketing, Communications, and/or Public Relations function for a large corporation or agency. (Preferred)
  • Wireless or Mobile experience or heavy knowledge of the space is a plus. (Preferred)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

  • Acceptable areas of study include Communications, Marketing, Business, PR or related field (Preferred)
