Job Summary

Own end-to-end B2B content for a cloud and DevOps audience, turning technical depth into human stories across social, video, and executive leadership content.

  • Content Engine: Build and run the social and editorial calendar across platforms with a practical multi-channel approach.
  • Narrative Craft: Shape authentic leadership and product storytelling through experimentation and human-focused writing.
  • Performance Translation: Turn product depth into content that engineers respect and humans feel, then measure results in marketing tech stacks.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own social content creation across platforms; write and produce posts with a multi-channel strategy.
  • Experiment with brand voice to push human, interesting content and rigorous testing.
  • Develop authentic executive content with the CMO and leadership for a credible online presence.
  • Shape narratives and co-produce scripted video series and multimedia content.
  • Manage the content calendar and editorial ops with product and demand-gen coordination.
  • Translate DeepWaste framework into content that engineers respect and non-engineers feel.
  • Create content optimized for humans and AI search, adapting to AI distribution.
  • Measure content performance in HubSpot and Amplitude; iterate to sharpen results.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years in content, social, or brand; B2B SaaS experience a plus
  • A portfolio that shows range: posts that performed, formats you invented, experiments that failed interestingly
  • Proven ability to write for technical audiences without losing the humans in the room
  • Experience owning social content end-to-end — strategy, creation, publishing, analysis
  • Comfort with AI content tools as part of your core workflow, not as an afterthought

Preferred

  • Background in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, FinOps, or developer tooling
  • Experience producing or scripting video content
  • Active presence in technical communities — Reddit, GitHub, Discord, X
  • Built a content program from near-zero and know what that actually takes
  • Have opinions about what makes B2B content terrible — and have fixed it

Benefits

  • Well-funded, growth-stage company with real customers and strong engineering credibility
  • Small, senior marketing team — your work ships, gets seen, and matters immediately
  • A culture that takes the problem seriously and itself lightly
  • Hybrid from Boston or NYC — we care about output, not face time
