The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for ensuring the success of a wide range of strategic marketing initiatives at Hilltop Holdings, with a concentration on PlainsCapital Bank.
This role partners closely with executive leadership, lending, branch, and operations teams to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement and strengthen brand consistency.
The Senior Marketing Manager collaborates with cross-functional marketing teams, including corporate communications, creative, digital experience, and events, to develop tailored marketing solutions for PlainsCapital Bank.
