Job Summary

Drive PRC governance and cross-functional operations in biotech commercial teams, focusing on promotional review, system improvements, and vendor coordination.

  • Must-have: direct Veeva Vault/PromoMats experience and strong project delivery.
  • Standout: cross-functional leadership across Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Marketing, IT, and vendors.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day PRC operations, including scheduling, meetings, QC, Veeva workflows, and onboarding.
  • Support FDA/OPDP promotional material submissions (2253 and subpart H preclearance).
  • Coordinate with print vendors, Veeva CRM, budgets, and field collaboration.
  • Help implement systems and processes to support cross-functional teams and drive efficiencies.
  • Elevate and continuously improve the commercial operations function.
  • Collaborate with Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, IT, Field, Market Access, agencies, and vendors.
  • Manage vendor and agency partners to deliver projects within budgets.

Requirements

  • Proactive, self-starter motivated by challenges and delivering results (business owner mindset)
  • High learning agility and problem-solving skills with ability to multi-task across several projects
  • Strong analytical skills to quickly diagnose problems and develop fit-for-purpose solutions
  • Ability to work independently while also partnering with cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management skills with proven success in delivering results
  • Ability to execute and thrive in fast-paced environments filled with ambiguity
  • Superb communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing Veeva PromoMats, Smartsheet, SharePoint and Microsoft Office
  • Desire to professionally develop and gain more responsibilities resulting in greater impact
  • Limited travel – up to 25% of the time (including weekends as needed)

Preferred

  • Experience in smaller company (or team) environments is a plus
