Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own e‑commerce strategy, investment, and execution across Click & Collect, Pure Play, and intermediary platforms.
- Lead direct‑to‑consumer strategy and execution via Amazon for MABI Non‑Alc brands.
- Own digital shelf optimization and performance measurement.
- Partner with Media to shape and activate paid e‑commerce/retail media strategies.
- Collaborate with Key Account Sales and Shopper Marketing to ensure e‑commerce programs are integrated with brick‑and‑mortar initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement in e‑commerce performance, efficiency, and capabilities.
- Lead a direct report and remain the US consultant and stakeholder for global ecommerce asset management & assigned projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree & 6-8 years of Shopper Marketing Experience (Alc/Bev preferred)
- Experience with alc bev eCommerce Activation
- Experience with Amazon DTC

- Proven ability to think creatively, coupled with strong analytical and leadership skills
