Requirements

• 3–7+ years in DTC, e-commerce, or growth roles with measurable revenue impact
• Hands-on experience working with creators, influencers, or affiliate programs
• Experience with short-form content ecosystems (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
• Proven ability to execute quickly in fast-moving environments
• Strong skills in Business Negotiation and Sales
• Proficient Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
