Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day internal communications across multiple sites and functions
Act as the primary owner and advocate for the employee intranet
Develop and execute a communications calendar aligned to organizational priorities
Draft and distribute communications broad-based and executive communications
Partner with HR/People Ops /Physician leaders on employee engagement and retention-oriented communications
Create communication toolkits (talking points, FAQs, leader scripts) for consistent message delivery
External Communications, Campaigns & Collateral: Support execution of external PRISM brand campaigns
External Communications, Campaigns & Collateral: Own and manage the content and event calendar and approvals processes
External Communications, Campaigns & Collateral: Partner with PR team on physician thought leadership
Develop and maintain marketing and communications collateral

Requirements

7–10+ years in communications, preferably within multi-site healthcare, MSO, or provider organizations
Proven experience in: Physician communications and engagement
Proven experience in: Internal communications at scale
Proven experience in: Social media
Exceptional writing and storytelling ability across formats: Executive messaging, physician-facing communications, campaigns, and collateral
Track record of building communication systems in complex, distributed organizations
