Job Summary

Own end to end marketing and submission activities for new business and remarkets, coordinating with loss control, claims, and producers to manage risk, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely, accurate responses.

  • Marketing Operations: handle submissions, quotes, and proposals from pre qualification to binding coverage.
  • Risk Collaboration: review third party contracts, MOD reports, and safety programs with loss control and claims to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Compliance and Execution: ensure internal workflows, documentation standards, and service plan commitments are met across teams.

Job Description

Own end-to-end marketing and submission processes for new business and remarket requests while ensuring service plan commitments and timely, accurate responses to stakeholders.

  • Perform all marketing activities of new business and remarkets of existing accounts upon request.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to customers, producers, and company personnel.
  • Meet marketing and quality standards adopted by the agency.
  • Contribute to complex aspects of requests, issues, and problems.
  • Work independently and collaboratively.
  • Function as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
  • Respond to new business prospects and remarket requests per agency established timelines
  • In collaboration with loss control and claims team, Review, evaluate and analyze third-party contracts, MOD reports, OSHA logs, safety procedures, employee handbooks, and return-to-work programs to develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee the internal implementation of service plan agreements, ensuring all commitments are executed by the appropriate team members.
  • Ensure compliance with internal workflows, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements.
