Job Summary

Own strategic FP&A for marketing and team sports with a focus on cost control, forecasting, and KPI-enabled decision support for leadership.

  • Consolidate Team Sports P&L and drive data-driven recommendations for strategic initiatives.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Senior Financial Analyst, Marketing FP&A will partner with the Director of FP&A, in providing strategic, financial, and operational analytics & insights to the Americas Wholesale Marketing and Team Sports Division teams to maximize financial returns of the region.
  • It will work on identifying and developing cost efficiencies across the Americas, ensuring expenditures are managed tightly and in line with approved plans.
  • It will manage submission of selling general & administrative expense and support functions financial plan, ensuring they are submitted in accordance with global direction while developing the level of detail and accuracy.
  • As well as the consolidation of Team Sports division P&L.
  • Responsible for maintaining marketing database and partnering with key teams to recommend and implement process improvement opportunities to drive savings.
  • Serve as primary business partner to VP, Wholesale Marketing and VP, Team Sports and their teams
  • Manage forecast submissions as well as the in-month latest estimate updates for Marketing and Fixture Expenses; Ensuring plans are submitted in accordance with the process and continuously seeking to improve accuracy
  • Interpret, analyze, and review financial results of support functions to provide recommendations and ensure accountability
  • Analyze Marketing Investment KPIs and present results to leadership
  • Partner with marketing, accounting and sales teams to perform fixtures expense investment analysis and prepare Capital Asset Request supporting documents
