Job Summary

Own the unified GTM strategy for CHG’s technology and workforce solutions, turning client insight into portfolio wide commercial action.

  • GTM strategy and frameworks: build a shared language for sales, marketing, and product to take offerings to market.
  • Client insight to action: translate client environment and challenges into strategic GTM and roadmap inputs.
  • PMM elevation and cross functional alignment: align product marketing with sales enablement and field execution to differentiate offerings.

Job Description

Responsibilities - GTM Strategy & Frameworks: Lead development of GTM strategy and frameworks for CHG's portfolio, building shared language and a playbook for sales, marketing, and product to take offerings to market. - Client Relationships & Connections: Engage directly with key clients to understand their environment, translate client insight into strategic actions, and surface intelligence for the GTM roadmap. - Product Marketing & Commercial Elevation: Partner with senior product leaders to elevate PMM, ensure offerings are defined and positioned for target markets, and develop sales enablement tools. - Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence: Unite sales, marketing, product, technology, and client solutions around a single commercial strategy and drive alignment without direct authority. Requirements - A senior leader with deep experience spanning GTM strategy, product marketing, and client-facing work in technology, SaaS, or workforce solutions. - Experience aligning product, marketing, and sales around a common commercial strategy and enabling frontline teams to go to market with clarity. - Track record building GTM frameworks, positioning offerings, and enabling sales teams. - Ability to build executive-level client relationships and translate insights into strategic action. - Natural cross-functional collaborator who can influence senior stakeholders without formal authority. - Experience in healthcare, workforce solutions, or adjacent industries is a strong plus. - Comfortable operating in an evolving, fast-moving environment where strategy is still being built.
