Job Summary

Shape the brand as a hands-on leader who owns the creative and branding engine while coordinating across marketing and agencies for consistency and impact.

  • Brand systems and standards: maintain and evolve the visual/verbal branding to inform cross-team executions.
  • Creative operations and optimization: run day-to-day team workstreams in PM/DAM, accelerate concepting, and push for efficiency and impact.
  • Leadership and stakeholder persuasion: present to C-level audiences, negotiate, and solve problems while guiding self-directed execution.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of team using online project management and digital asset management systems
  • Creative development/management for integrated marketing campaigns, events, collateral systems, web design, advertising and video
  • Rapid concept/idea development and execution
  • Must be able to optimize creative for efficiency and impact
  • Maintain and evolve visual and verbal branding system
  • Interface regularly with marketing teams to inform and educate on brand standards
  • Agency and budget management

Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership experience managing an internal team for a technology company
  • Demonstrated experience building, launching and maintaining corporate branding systems
  • Extremely creative and can apply those skills to virtually all aspects of job
  • Excellent diplomatic skills, must be able to negotiate and solve problems quickly and efficiently
  • Self-starter, able to operate independently often with little or no guidance
  • Able to navigate complex environments and interact professionally without causing disruption
  • C-level presentation skills, both to inform and to persuade
  • Strong player/coach skills, and knows when to use each
  • Online portfolio required
