Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own digital shelf performance across priority retailer accounts, supporting Commercial growth objectives.
  • Monitor retailer scorecards in partnership with Commercial team and drive structured content improvements to improve conversion and merchandising effectiveness.
  • Operationalize PDP optimizations aligned to established digital shelf standards and measurement frameworks.
  • Partner with Creative and Brand teams to enhance copy, imagery, video, and enhanced content.
  • Develop and apply standardized digital shelf best practices across retail partners while adapting for platform-specific nuances.
  • Support digital readiness for new product launches across retailer platforms.
  • Identify and activate retailer-specific digital merchandising opportunities in alignment with Commercial priorities.
  • Lead planning and performance oversight for non-Amazon retail media networks (Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Orange Apron, etc.).
  • Develop retailer-specific media activation strategies aligned to brand and Commercial objectives.
  • Apply defined KPI hierarchies and measurement standards in campaign planning and evaluation.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in Retail Media, eCommerce, or Digital Marketing.
  • Experience managing retail media networks such as Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Home Depot Orange Apron, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of retail search ecosystems and sponsored media.
  • Experience optimizing digital shelf performance and PDP content.
  • Experience collaborating with Analytics or Business Intelligence teams to translate campaign and retail performance into structured measurement insights.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Tableau, or similar tools preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
