Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end creative operations strategy for the Brand Strategy & Copy team, designing the frameworks, workflows, and governance structures that enable strategic creative delivery at scale

  • Own project timelines and delivery milestones for complex, multi-workstream programs spanning creative marketing, product launches, and brand strategy initiatives

  • Define and implement scalable content development workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) that the broader creative organization adopts
  • Build and maintain comprehensive process documentation, knowledge repositories, and operational playbooks
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement workflow optimizations — including AI-powered tooling — that measurably improve creative throughput and reduce cycle time
  • Establish and own creative review and approval processes across multiple stakeholder groups; set quality gates and escalation paths

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
  • 7+ years of experience in creative operations, creative program management, or creative production within a brand, agency, or in-house creative studio environment
  • 5+ years of experience developing and implementing creative workflows, SOPs, and governance frameworks
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder creative programs from strategy through delivery
  • Experience with capacity planning, budget management, and resource allocation at a portfolio level
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with digital project management and workflow tools (e.g., Adobe Workfront, Asana, or similar)

Preferred

  • Experience leading or mentoring operational team members in a creative or marketing organization
  • Deep expertise in Adobe Creative Suite applications with high proficiency in Adobe Workfront
  • Experience implementing AI-powered workflow optimizations in creative operations
  • Track record of building scalable, repeatable processes that have been adopted across an organization
  • Experience with creative marketing technology stacks and content management systems
  • Experience influencing organizational planning and multi-year creative roadmaps
  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking operational KPIs to measure creative efficiency and throughput
