Job Summary

Own AI-powered content strategy and multi-channel demand programs, turning buyer insights into scalable content and campaigns that generate pipeline and revenue.

AI-first content engine ownership across blog, web, and customer stories to fuel awareness and engagement.
Multi-channel demand generation, from content and email to events and paid media, aligned to GTM priorities.
Partner with Product and CS to drive product adoption, customer stories, and lifecycle campaigns that lift retention and expansion.

Job Description

Build and scale an AI-first content engine that drives awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue.
Develop and execute a full-funnel content strategy aligned to GTM priorities, product initiatives, and buyer journeys.
Own Opensense's content roadmap across blog, web, customer stories, sales enablement, thought leadership, and product launches.
Drive SEO and AEO performance through content creation, optimization, keyword strategy, and authority-building initiatives.
Create content for both Marketing and IT audiences, translating customer insights, sales conversations, and product updates into high-performing programs.
Build and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across content, email, events, partnerships, social, and paid channels.
Support product launches, webinars, events, and GTM initiatives with campaign strategy and execution.
Create multi-channel programs that generate pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and drive measurable revenue impact.
Manage Opensense's presence on G2, Gartner Peer Insights, TrustRadius, and other buyer research platforms.
Partner with Product and Customer Success teams to drive product adoption, customer engagement, retention, and expansion.

Develop customer stories, case studies, advocacy programs, and lifecycle campaigns that showcase customer success and drive growth.
Create messaging and content that supports new feature launches, product education, and customer communications.
Use AI tools daily to accelerate research, content creation, campaign development, personalization, and distribution.
Build repeatable workflows and systems that increase marketing output and efficiency.
Continuously evaluate and implement AI-driven approaches to improve marketing performance.

Experience marketing to Marketing, IT, Security, or Compliance audiences.
Experience with customer marketing, product launches, or lifecycle campaigns.
Familiarity with review platforms such as G2, Gartner Peer Insights, and TrustRadius.
