Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a business plan focused on demand generation and adoption strategies, working closely with key stakeholders across business teams
  • Identify and implement innovative strategies to drive business growth, efficiency and scale within the device display advertising business
  • Define business goals based on market segmentation and customer insights
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, program and engineering teams to address customer needs and achieve revenue targets
  • Lead the day-to-day health of the business, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with strategic objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior leadership to drive business growth and optimization
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine and enhance products/services based on market feedback
  • Set forth mechanisms to track adoption goals, set efficient sales motions to achieve desired outcomes
  • Prepare and present monthly business reviews on roadmap updates, strategic business inputs, output metrics, adoption goals, and financial performance
  • Define and analyze key business metrics to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional or military experience
  • 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred

  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
  • Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
