Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve global brand, franchise, and product strategies, including multi-year roadmaps that drive sustainable growth and relevance.
  • Lead product portfolio and line planning across categories, platforms, and partnerships—from early concept through launch and lifecycle optimization.
  • Use deep consumer, category, cultural, and competitive insights to identify whitespace opportunities and guide innovation pipelines.
  • Act as the strategic decision-maker across product development checkpoints, ensuring consumer value, brand integrity, and financial objectives are met.
  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams (design, development, insights, finance, legal, operations, marketing) to bring ideas to market efficiently.
  • Own U.S. commercial execution in close partnership with Sales and Commercial teams, including line planning, forecasting, sell-in strategy, retail presentations, and portfolio optimization by customer and channel.
  • Translate global strategies into strong U.S. assortments that win at shelf and deliver profitable growth.
  • Monitor POS, shipment, and financial performance, driving in-year course correction and future planning.
  • Serve as the senior voice of the market—elevating consumer needs, channel dynamics, and emerging trends to inform global strategy.
  • Lead strategic partnerships and licensing relationships, shaping value propositions, guiding execution, and ensuring long-term franchise value.
