Responsibilities

• Manage “Always On” Marketing Activities: Own the building, launching, and optimization of steady-state store campaigns such as social media, email campaigns, search ads. Maintain inventory of in-store marketing materials and support new store openings and ad-hoc store initiatives as needed.
• Store Communications: Serve as the day-to-day marketing point of contact with our growing network of 10+ stores.
• New Campaign Launch & Coordination: Serve as the primary driver for launching new campaigns, coordinating directly with various teams - creative, store team, pricing team and more.
• Marketing Automation: Manage and execute automated marketing workflows and support the integration of new digital tools and AI features.
• Platform Maintenance & Admin: Troubleshoot website bugs/fixes and independently manage procurement and admin processes.
• Measure, Recap, and Recommend: Analyze results of events and campaigns, capture learnings and customer feedback, and provide strategic recommendations to improve future performance.
• Operate as “One Team”: You will support Wayfair Outlets’ total store goals by ensuring marketing deliverables are met, and standardizing processes along the way. You'll flex where needed to support customers, teammates, store needs and peak business periods.

Requirements

• Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated success developing and executing marketing strategies while forecasting impact, analyzing results, and making data driven recommendations.
• Cross Functional Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively within a matrixed environment and influence a variety of partners and stakeholders.
• Project and Time Management Strength: Experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong organization and follow through.
• Presentation and Communication Skills: Comfort developing recap materials, presenting results, representing the brand publicly, and engaging with retail leaders.
• Local Market knowledge: Strong connection and empathy with the local community and understanding of what resonates with the customer demographic.
• Digital and Reporting Proficiency: Familiarity with Google Suite tools and reporting platforms such as Looker, or an eagerness to learn.
• Retail and Customer Metrics Understanding: Working knowledge of retail math and customer marketing metrics including traffic, conversion, AOV, acquisition, and retention.
• Flexibility and Hands On Support: Willingness to provide support for activations/store launches in different parts of the country
• Budget Ownership: Experience managing budgets, forecasting expenses, and tracking performance.
