Own the analytics spine for marketing that turns data into fast, actionable guidance on audiences, campaigns and creative strategy.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Insight: Conduct analyses that support theatrical marketing strategy. Includes audience identification/evaluation, social listening, campaign performance measurement, creative messaging refinement, and competitive analysis.
  • Synthesize data from multiple sources into clear, actionable insights and business recommendations.
  • Partner with Marketing, Research, Media, Digital and Data Science teams to support campaign strategy and answer key business questions.
  • Data Management & Quality Control: Gather, clean, validate, and maintain marketing datasets from internal and external sources.
  • Perform quality control on data feeds, troubleshoot data issues, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of reporting.
  • Support the maintenance and enhancement of data pipelines and reporting processes.
  • Reporting, Data Visualization, & Innovation: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualization tools that provide timely marketing insights.
  • Identify opportunities to improve analytics workflows through automation, AI-enabled tools, and emerging technologies.
  • Use AI and LLM tools to expedite analysis, synthesize large volumes of information, improve reporting efficiency, and support faster development of insights, while maintaining strong judgment, accuracy, and data quality standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, external vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to support analytics initiatives and reporting needs.
