Job Summary

Own cross-brand Away From Home marketing within Kraft Heinz, aligning strategy with brand values, leading performance narratives for consumers and customers, and ensuring a budget-smart, ROI-driven approach.

Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Integrate Away From Home Strategy into Kraft Masterbrand B2C communication plans, ensuring alignment with overall brand messaging.
  • Support and influence 1-3 Year Growth Plans, contributing to long-term business strategy and innovation pipelines.
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership (Channel CMO, Platform GM, Business Unit President) to present key marketing strategies, consumer insights, and performance metrics.
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with both consumers and customers across all channels, ensuring alignment with the brand’s values and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Activation & Partnerships (BAP) Team to develop customer-specific marketing plans that align with Kraft’s broader marketing strategies.
  • Lead and support the execution of marketing initiatives that drive both consumer demand and customer engagement.
  • Leverage data and analytics to generate actionable insights, track performance, and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Track and report on category performance across a variety of metrics, including volume, revenue, and competitive trends.
  • Partner with internal teams to bring new product innovations and renovations to market; manage cross-functional communication and alignment.
  • Foster relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure effective execution of marketing programs and brand campaigns.
