Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the operational bridge between marketing, creative, and tech, driving ad enablement, site flips, and new format rollouts end-to-end.
  • Partner with SMAs to unlock and test new ad formats, acting as the primary liaison with tech teams to scope, prioritize, and enable experiments from concept through launch.
  • Manage SMA operations to ensure channel health and operational readiness across platforms, including account structure, permissions, tagging/tracking, and compliance.
  • Partner with channel owners to optimize live campaigns, surfacing performance insights and operational levers that improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Own the operational side of tracking and data hygiene so campaign reporting is accurate and trustworthy.
  • Define, document, and continuously improve the ad operations playbook (intake, QA, launch checklists, troubleshooting), raising the bar for operational excellence.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks; act as the escalation point for ad delivery, trafficking, and technical issues, coordinating rapid resolution to protect spend and performance.
  • Manage relationships with relevant ad tech vendors, staying ahead of beta programs, new capabilities, and policy changes

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
  • Knowledge of general AI tools
  • Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling, apprenticeship, or workforce development programs across large-scale operations or corporate environments, including forecasting workforce needs and leveraging analytics to drive program decisions
