Abogados Now is hiring an experienced Senior Account Manager to support and grow our law firm partner network. This is a 100% remote, long-term opportunity for a relationship-driven professional with a proven track record in account management and client success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own a portfolio of law firm accounts as their primary strategic partner
• Drive retention, renewal, and upsell by deeply understanding client goals
• Lead business reviews presenting performance metrics and ROI
• Collaborate with sales on expansion opportunities within existing accounts
• Serve as the internal voice of the customer to shape product improvements
• Manage escalations quickly to maintain partner satisfaction and trust
• Track account health and pipeline in HubSpot or Salesforce

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in account management or client success
• Prior experience in legal is required
• Strong relationship-building skills and a client-first mindset
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• CRM proficiency — HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent

Compensation:

• $80-$110k

Schedule & Availability:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• U.S. business hours required
• 100% remote — work from anywhere in the U.S.
