Own partnerships and program execution across athlete activations and product marketing, from ideation to delivery, while shaping strategy, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Learn the COROS product lines to identify which devices fit best with our partners
  • Identify and manage external partnerships with athletes and 3rd parties within dedicated areas
  • Ability to identify meaningful areas of opportunity within dedicated areas
  • Build relationships with our partners that leads to success for both parties
  • Manage a budget for athlete/partner activations with the ability to show results following campaigns
  • Work in collaboration with the Head of Sports Marketing and Sport Vertical Leaders on product marketing and campaign efforts for product, hardware, and software, from ideation to delivery
  • Lead growth initiatives within dedicated areas
  • Collaborate with all areas of the COROS business to ensure products are marketed to the proper audience
  • Manage payment allocation for partners upon completion of contract deliverables
  • Become an expert on industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging wearable tech products

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 0-2 years of experience in marketing or business development.
  • Knowledge of a key sport within our focus area (Running, Cycling, Fishing, Climbing)
  • Past projects that demonstrate motivation, decision-making, performance review, and entrepreneurial initiatives
  • Deep understanding of wearable technology, trends, and target markets
  • Experience with managing projects and strategizing for success
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Eager to learn and work hard to meet company goals
  • Ability to manage accounts by finding leads, negotiating, relationship building, payments, and deliverables
  • Ability to develop and conceive plans/ideas into relatable content briefs
