Responsibilities

• Manage out current athletes/facilities.
• Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote events, teams, or programs.
• Develop and manage relationships with sponsors, partners, and local athletes.
• Utilize social media, digital marketing, and traditional outreach to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Analyze market trends and audience preferences to inform marketing strategies.
• Coordinate promotional events and community engagement activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive ticket and merchandise sales.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as necessary.
• Oversee the production of marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and digital content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in sports marketing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the sports industry and market dynamics.
• Proven experience with social media marketing and digital advertising.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software.

• Familiarity with POS systems and email marketing tools
• Experience working with athletes/teams and managing sponsorships
