Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Guide sponsors and exhibitors through all aspects of their event participation, including event tools, Exhibitor Resource Center, registration, and content uploads.
  • Serve as the “voice of the sponsor,” influencing internal teams and vendors to prioritize sponsor needs and deliver integrated, high-quality experiences.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior sponsor decision-makers to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, driving revenue growth and retention.
  • Review and continuously improve processes to ensure efficient, accurate, and seamless execution of all deliverables.
  • Confirm deadlines and collaborate with event teams to establish contingency plans for variations in sales cycles.
  • Develop and manage sponsor readiness materials, including content guidance, policies, technical specifications, timelines, and approval processes.
  • Own reporting and provide clear status updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate sponsor speaker training in partnership with the speaker team.
  • Manage session review processes and assist with collecting deliverables and tracking speaker registration.
  • Support sponsorship execution across all events as needed throughout the year.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sponsorship or exhibition execution, or transferable skills from related roles.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work at pace under pressure across multiple events.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong business acumen and intellectual curiosity.
  • Comfort with learning and working in Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Minimum broadband speed: 25MB download / 2MB upload.
  • Quiet home environment from which to work (with flexibility for office-based collaboration as needed).
  • Willingness and ability to travel for events.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with event and project management tools (RainFocus and Monday.com a plus).
  • Experience with Microsoft ecosystem and latest features, including Copilot, is desirable.
