Job Summary
Own CMS content health and migration readiness with a focus on structure, SEO, and cross functional collaboration.
- Content governance: implement templates, metadata, taxonomy, and structured content models in migration efforts.
- Migration execution: QA, mapping legacy content to new components, and validation with stakeholders and vendors.
- Performance and UX: optimize usability, accessibility, site search, and content performance tracking.
Job Description
- Execute content updates and enhancements within the CMS, ensuring accuracy and adherence to best practices.
- Apply strong content authoring practices, including formatting, structure, and usability.
- Support structured content, templates, and reusable components.
- Identify opportunities to improve content clarity, layout, and user experience.
- Monitor site performance and escalate issues related to site health and usability.
- Support intake and execution of web requests.
- Support content audit, inventory, cleanup, and migration readiness activities.
- Prepare, validate, and QA content, metadata, and taxonomy for migration into the CMS.
- Assist with mapping legacy content to new templates, components, and structured content models.
- Partner with stakeholders and vendors to support migration testing, issues resolution, and content validation.
