Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Translate consumer, cultural, and category insights into actionable marketing strategies that drive demand, expand consumption, and increase relevance across national, regional, and customer-specific initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Sr. Manager, Product Marketing by developing and executing Occasions, Consumer Activation, BBE, and Athlete Celebration Campaigns and Limited Edition Pack Marketing plans that ladder into the National Brand Calendar (National Pillars, Regional Campaigns, Micro Campaigns and Big Moments).
  • Identify and activate growth opportunities based on emerging consumer trends, business needs, and market dynamics.
  • Develop new ideas that spark innovative, 360 campaigns for both National and Regional levels, elevating the brand’s cultural relevance and consumer engagement.
  • Set clear objectives, success metrics, and operational workflows to ensure timely and effective execution of the annual plan.
  • Collaborate with Global counterparts to ensure Occasion, Consumer Activation, BBE, and Athlete Celebration strategy and process cohesion, alignment on best practices, and adherence to Global brand standards.
  • Drive innovation and strategic consistency across all marketing planning efforts, ensuring initiatives reinforce "Fits My Everyday Life" and drive long-term brand equity.
  • Support the company’s Occasions, Consumer Activation, BBE, and Athlete Celebration marketing strategy by identifying key consumer touchpoints where the brand and product can play a meaningful role, and help translate those priorities into clear activation plans.
  • Remain agile and proactive in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritizing Occasions, playgrounds, big moments, micro campaigns, limited edition pack requests, and ad hoc needs from planning through execution.
  • Collaborate with Insights, Marketing and Sales to activate across dayparts and channels.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of consumer goods industry experience with exposure to retailers
  • Strong project management skills, process orientation and experience bringing complex, multi-faceted programs to life
  • Proven ability to manage complex timelines and lead cross-functional projects
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Creative mind, not afraid to question and improve the “status quo”
  • Ability to navigate throughout a highly matrixed organization
  • Strong conceptual thinking and design critiquing skills
  • Live and represent the Red Bull Brand
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage

Preferred

  • Experience working with Agencies or Production suppliers preferred
  • Some Technical Knowledge of POS Production (Print, Permanent, Temporary) preferred
  • Experience working with Agencies or Production suppliers preferred
