You will own the data pipeline and semantic layer workstreams, driving scalable pipeline development, quality controls, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver consistent metrics and reporting.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support development and execution of scalable data pipelines transforming raw data into normalized datasets and aggregated reporting
  • Partner with Measurement Platform leadership to operationalize pipeline quality checks, validation frameworks, and reconciliation methodologies.
  • Support the development and maintenance of semantic data models, including assisting with metric definitions, mappings, and governance workflows.
  • Collaborate on the implementation of semantic layer capabilities that enable consistent metric calculation and business interpretation across platforms.
  • Assist in building and maintaining internal tools and applications that support data exploration, metric access, and reporting workflows.
  • Work cross-functionally with reporting, planning, engineering, and activation teams to ensure platform outputs align with campaign needs and business requirements.
  • Contribute to documentation, standardization, and best practices for measurement platform development and deployment.
  • Participate in ongoing product evolution efforts, identifying opportunities for optimization and supporting implementation of enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in analytics, data engineering, measurement, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with advanced TV, digital media, or advertising measurement concepts.
  • Experience working with structured data and performing data analysis for reporting or insights generation.
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to validate and QA complex datasets.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of SQL or Python for transforming large datasets and executing analyses.

Preferred

  • Experience with reporting tools, data workflows, or cloud-based data platforms is a plus.
