Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Event Coordination
  • Coordinate and support the planning and execution of corporate events, dealer meetings, boat shows, product launches, promotional campaigns, and industry conferences.
  • Support the management of event logistics, timelines, shipping, registrations, agendas, travel coordination, and on-site activities before, during, and after events.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful project execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal event communications, providing information regarding schedules, locations, registration, attire, travel details, agendas, and event expectations.
  • Marketing Communications & Asset Distribution
  • Assist with the development, scheduling, and distribution of marketing and sales communications, including dealer bulletins, sales updates, email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional announcements.
  • Coordinate the distribution and fulfillment of advertising assets, point-of-purchase (POP) materials, promotional packages, marketing collateral, and branded resources for dealers, boat builders, partnerships, and events.
  • Ensure marketing materials are distributed accurately and in accordance with brand standards and project timelines.
  • Vendor & Promotional Material Management

Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting marketing, sales, marketing operations, project coordination, event planning, or administrative operations.
  • Experience within the marine, boating, powersports, outdoor recreation, or related industries is preferred.
  • Experience coordinating events, managing vendors, budgets, purchase orders, and marketing initiatives is preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple departments and with external business partners.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
