Job Summary

Own cross-functional content programs by coordinating timelines, quality control, and production logistics, while enabling webinar operations and publishing across channels to drive consistent, data-informed outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing or related field.
  • Experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
  • 3 years of experience in project coordination or management for marketing, content production, or digital media.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities with strong attention to detail and organizational follow-through.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Monday.com, Slack, or similar platforms; comfort with AI-assisted workflows is a plus.
