Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day monitoring and optimization of PPC campaigns, providing timely insights and recommendations based on performance results.
  • Contribute to budget planning and spending decisions, ensuring campaigns are aligned with evolving business objectives and deliver strong return on investment.
  • Manage multiple concurrent campaigns with a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and accountability for results.
  • Maintain rigorous standards for campaign setup, reporting integrity, and tracking accuracy across the entire paid search portfolio.
  • Create and launch new paid search campaigns supporting live events, new partner onboarding, and product launches and drops to ensure fans can discover and purchase merchandise at every key moment.
  • Ensure all campaigns are structured for optimal performance and tracking across the Fanatics Commerce portfolio, delivering a seamless and relevant experience for fans.
  • Monitor campaign performance and translate data insights into compelling marketing narratives that communicate results and fan engagement trends clearly to stakeholders.
  • Support major sporting events — including College National Championships, Super Bowl, Stanley Cup, and others — with timely campaign launches outside of standard business hours as needed.
  • Analyze large sets of keyword and campaign data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities, translating findings into actionable and measurable business outcomes.
  • Stay current on the latest PPC industry developments, automated bid strategies, and emerging best practices to continuously evolve campaign approaches.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google and/or Bing paid search campaigns, including shopping campaigns and keyword-based advertising methodologies.
  • Experience managing automated bid strategies and other automated practices within the digital marketing space.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to interpret large data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations using scientific analytic methods.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, for business reporting and stakeholder communication.
  • SQL familiarity highly preferred; comfort working with data platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Up to date on the latest PPC industry trends, developments, and platform innovations from Google and Bing.
  • Exceedingly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities concurrently in a fast-paced environment, including flexibility to support major sporting event launches outside of standard business hours.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
